Unresolved Chronic Headaches? Doctors Giving Up?... Dr. Adler May Have the Solution!!!

Did you know that dental occlusion (your bite) is sometimes the cause of frequent headaches? If your teeth have been ground down over the years or lost due to accident or dental disease, your jaw is not able to settle into a naturally relaxed position. The muscles of the temple area of the forehead, are muscles that play an important part in the posturing and closing of the jaw. If your bite is not right it can lead to abnormal tension in these muscles- one of the several possible causes of tension type headaches. If the bite is not corrected, the muscles may remain tnese for extended periods of time. The contracted muscle gets no rest, and poor circulation in that muscle develops, resulting in PAIN (headache). This causes tension in the muscles in the jaw, and can lead to a variety of pain that you may have already grown accustomed to living with. By restoring your dental occlusion, the jaw can be returned to the position that nature intended, and the headache pain goes away!

If you suffer headaches with some regularity, or perhaps have had headaches for a long time, with no apparent relief: it would be wise to discuss them with Dr. Adler.

Dr. Adler is extensively trained in the revolutionary new field of dentistry called Neuromuscular Dentistry. These treatment procedures have helped thousands of patients, known to other health professionals as "difficult cases". Patients with a wide variety of head/jaw symptoms and have sought treatment from physicians, chiropractors and neurologists have finally found relief with Neuromuscular Dentistry.

Dr. Adler., utilizes the latest technology available: the Myotronics tm system.

He trained at the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. the leading training facility for neuromuscular dentists. Neuromuscular dentists that come from LVI are specially trained to recognize signs of TMJ/ TMD a disorder that is so commonly passed by or misdiagnosed, and to provide the most appropriate care for the individual patient. TMJ/TMD is a chronic degenerative disease that often takes years to develop. TMJ affects millions of people. People who suffer from TMJ have an imbalance in the jaw-to-skull relationship, which is caused by a bad bite (malocclusion).

Neuromuscular Dentistry serves to correct the bite and realign the jaw. When the jaw is misaligned, both the hard and soft tissues are affected and many physiological problems can result, such as headaches, jaw pain, neck and shoulder pain, tinnitus, or ringing in the ears, and clicking or popping sounds in the jaw joint. These symptoms maybe the result of TMJ (temporomandibular joint syndrome), also referred to as TMD (temporomandibular joint disorder) or MPD (myofascial pain dysfunction).

If you have unresolved headaches - you will be happy to know to: Dr. Adler has helped many patients just like you.
